Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This critical role involves managing the executive’s calendar, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and prior experience in an executive support capacity are strongly preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor are essential. You will be instrumental in ensuring that the CEO’s operations function seamlessly.
