Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s schedule and appointments
- Coordinate property tours and client meetings
- Assist with administrative tasks and document organization
- Act as a liaison with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate marketing activities and online promotions
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor analysis
- Manage travel arrangements for business trips
- Provide general support to the executive team
