Job Description

We are currently recruiting for the position of Personal Assistant at our Ilupeju, Lagos location. This is a full-time position.
Description
- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Coordinating in-store activities and collating reports for the store manager
- Implementing and maintaining procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND, NCE, or OND in a relevant field with 1-5 years of work experience.
