Job Description
RAY OIL AND GAS is seeking a versatile, highly organized Personal Assistant to support senior management. The role includes scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, taking accurate notes, preparing reports and presentations, arranging travel, maintaining records and data entry, coordinating events, procuring supplies, and operating office equipment.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; secretarial or office administration certification preferred; 1–2 years of PA experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; excellent typing, note-taking, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Employment: Full-time, Part-time, and New Graduate opportunities. Salary: ₦100.00–₦120.00 per month.
