Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior executive. The ideal candidate will be proactive and flexible with excellent communication skills and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Maintain files and records
- Provide general administrative support
- Handle email and phone correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Anticipate and meet the executive’s needs
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
Salary: N150,00 – N250,00 Monthly
