Job Description

Philban Consulting Ltd is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant/Office Administrator to support our Managing Director, who operates in a remote capacity. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong communication capabilities, and proficiency in software applications, including Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint.

Key responsibilities include managing emails, overseeing diary schedules, facilitating supplier registrations, providing essential administrative support, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month

Qualifications: Higher National Diploma (preferred), a minimum of 1 year experience as an Admin Officer (required), and residing near Ikeja.
