Job Description

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and sending the Managing Director’s correspondence via emails
  • Obtaining the Managing Director’s approval on sent requests
  • Making and receiving calls on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Receiving the Managing Director’s personal and official guests
  • Making travel arrangements and reservations on behalf of the Managing Director and guests
  • Recording and keeping track of the Managing Director’s out-of-pocket expenses
  • Keeping a record of all the Managing Director’s correspondence
  • Scheduling meetings and events – Calendar management
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Take dictation and minutes of meetings
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Any other duty as assigned by the MD

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to travel when required
  • Very proficient in the use of work tools and social media
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • English proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Versatile and Proactive – Calendar Management
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦250,00.00 – ₦350,00.00 per month

Experience: PA: 3 years (Required)

Ability to Commute: Lekki (Required)
