Job Description
We seek a proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to executive-level functions. The role involves calendar and travel coordination, correspondence management, document preparation, and assistance with daily errands, executed with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft and handle correspondence; prepare reports and documents.
- Prioritize multiple tasks with excellent time-management and attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 years PA or administrative experience; proficient in MS Office and calendar applications.
- Professional appearance, strong communication skills, confidentiality, and flexibility required.
