Job Description
Location: Lekki-Ajah axis
Salary: ₦120,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and clients
- Manage MD’s calendar, travel arrangements, and accommodations
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items
- Produce reports and presentations
- Liaise with departments and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Tech-savvy with MS Office proficiency
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Qualifications: OND/B.Sc/HND with 1-2 years administrative experience
Job Type: Full-time
