We are looking to hire a personal assistant to the chief executive officer of a food processing company. The ideal candidate will keep records of all meetings and engagements ethically and confidentially.

Responsibilities:
- Keep records of all meetings and engagements ethically and confidentially.
- Be very professional in all assignments.
- To attend to all administrative matters.
- Book meetings and appointments for the CEO.
- Schedule the CEO for meetings and other events.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 3 years of working experience
