Job Description

We seek a professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive daily support to an executive, including calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, travel coordination, and project assistance. The role requires handling confidential information and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage calendars, organize meetings, prepare documents, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, strong time-management and communication skills; proficient with standard office software.
• Prior experience in executive assistance or office administration preferred. Full-time on-site with occasional remote tasks. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
