Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar Executive Assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Job Description:
- Manage CEO’s schedule and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely scheduling.
- Prepare travel itineraries and expense reports.
- Handle correspondence including emails and calls.
- Ensure smooth operation of the CEO’s office.
- Maintain confidential records.
