Job Description

We are recruiting for the position of Personal Assistant located in Island, Lagos on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational and administrative duties
- Coordinate meetings and schedules for the MD
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation reservations
- Organize corporate documents and reports
- Assist with meeting logistics and presentations
- Process expense reports and invoices
- Support the MD and executive team as needed
- Research and address incoming issues
- Provide general office support
- And other related duties
Requirements:
- HND / BSc in related Social Science discipline
- 3+ years of relevant experience in similar roles
- Female candidates preferred for gender balance
