Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy executive, including calendar management, travel coordination, communications, and personal errands. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and able to prioritize effectively under pressure.

  • Responsibilities: scheduling, email screening, meeting preparation, document handling, and logistics coordination.
  • Requirements: minimum 2 years of PA/administrative experience, strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, flexibility, excellent time-management and problem-solving skills, and strict confidentiality.
