Job Description

Aluko & Oyebode is currently looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and personal support to our Partners. The successful candidate will possess outstanding organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing filing systems. The role also requires preparing reports, coordinating logistics for meetings, and managing confidential information with utmost professionalism.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are mandatory.
