Responsibilities:

• Design performance appraisal systems.
• Conduct training for managers.
• Monitor employee performance trends.

Requirements:

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting or Economics.
• 1 – 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of microfinance.
