Job Description
OXYMON SOLUTIONS LTD is in search of a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Manager to join our team and drive performance tracking and operational enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance management frameworks.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments.
- Deliver actionable insights through regular performance reviews to management.
- Work alongside department heads to establish and measure achievable targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in performance management or HR analytics.
- Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must reside in proximity to the office and possess a personal laptop.
