Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the performance management systems across the organization.
- Conducting comprehensive skills audits organization-wide.
- Providing insightful HR analytics reports to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical abilities, have prior consulting experience, and hold relevant HR certifications.
