Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Management Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Performance Management Lead, you will be responsible for driving performance improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing performance management strategies and programs.
- Setting clear performance expectations, goals, and KPIs for all employees.
- Conducting regular performance assessments and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
- Identifying performance gaps and devising appropriate strategies to address them.
- Collaborating with department managers to develop and implement performance improvement plans.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in performance management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should have experience in developing and implementing performance measurement systems and tools.
To succeed in this role, you must be proactive, a strong communicator, and possess the ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
