Venco is seeking a People Success Lead for our Lagos office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR/People Operations, particularly in startups. Key responsibilities include building and scaling recruitment processes, designing agile learning and development programs, and driving cultural initiatives in a high-growth environment.

Required skills include experience in scaling HR functions in startups, strategic talent acquisition, and data-driven decision-making. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
