Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a People Partner for AI Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with our AI Operations teams to drive people strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives.
As a People Partner, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures that align with the AI Operations goals.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to identify, develop, and retain top talent.
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management, talent development, and employee relations matters.
- Leading change management efforts to drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Partnering with the recruitment team to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates for AI Operations positions.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in human resources with a focus on talent management and employee relations. Experience in a fast-paced technology or AI industry would be a plus.
