Job Description
Advancly Technologies Nigeria Limited is a financial technology business, that builds economies by partnering with global aggregators and investors to connect African entrepreneurs with affordable financing, to scale their businesses.
Position Purpose
The People Operations Associate will be responsible for getting to know our people,
understanding the various employee touch points throughout an employee’s life cycle,
and coming up with creative ways to ensure that our people have the best Employee
Experience. You will be actively involved in recruitment, Learning and Development,
Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Talent management.
Reports to: The Head, People and Culture
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Support recruitment processes by posting vacancies on Job Boards and careers page to source talent, scheduling interviews and preparing interview reports to aid hiring decisions.
- Curate and co-ordinate people engagement activities to develop and retain top talent.
- Manage successful onboarding of new hires within stipulated timeframes
- Create and deploy successful onboarding programs for all new hires for full integration into Advancly’s culture.
- Prepare data-driven reports using people analytics to reflect current people snapshot and aid decision making
- Assist in managing the quarterly performance review process, and training managers and employees on all aspects of performance appraisals
- Drive strategic activities around company-wide learning and development initiatives to build a learning culture at Advancly
- Act as initial point of contact for People operations related enquiries
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of changing employment regulations and implement policies, procedures, and systems
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head, People and Culture

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- CIPM, CIPD or related professional certification will be advantageous
- Minimum (2) years of HR generalist experience, with exposure to benefit administration, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, HRIS.

Pay: ₦300,00.00 – ₦350,00.00 per month
