Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated graduate intern with a solid foundation in systems development, data analysis, and programming concepts to assist in our ongoing projects at the International Institute of Tropical Research.
Duration: 6 to 12 months
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and documentation of internal systems and tools.
- Assist in the configuration of low-code/no-code platforms.
- Analyze HR-related datasets to create comprehensive reports.
- Maintain dashboards and automate processes for the People & Culture Unit.
- Participate in user testing to enhance internal tools.
- Document system processes and develop instructional guides.
