Job Description
We are seeking a PED Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing and maintenance operations for pressure equipment. The supervisor will lead technicians, assign tasks, enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate maintenance schedules, manage inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance. Additional duties include training staff, supervising inspections and testing, troubleshooting technical issues, and reporting to engineering and management.
- Education: Technical diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in workshop supervision
- Skills: Strong leadership, mechanical aptitude, familiarity with PED safety standards, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
