Job Description
• Accurate preparation and input of payroll variables into the payroll database (new joiners, leavers and adjustments per period)
• Calculate and Administer employee pay, overtime, shift allowance, tax, pensions and other adjustments
• Liaise closely with the Finance department for monthly reconciliation
• Manage pension, NHF administration, and reconciliation
• Ensure payroll data integrity and process simplification
• Conduct headcount reconciliation, staff benefits administration, and HR policy development
• Participate in integrated payroll-HR database projects
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure timely payroll processing
• Communicate salary reviews, offer letters, and updates of employee data.
