Job Description
What we are looking for
We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll management across African countries, including Nigeria and South Africa. Proficiency in payroll software like Sage 300 or PaySpace is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll processing and tax reporting.
- Prepare detailed payroll reports.
- Manage employment contracts and compliance.
- Administer employee benefits and leave management.
- Oversee time and attendance tracking.
- Develop compensation and benefits policies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR preferred.
- Certifications like CPP or CCP are a plus.
- Leadership and analytical skills are essential.
