Job Description
Prestigious Consulting is actively seeking a dedicated HMO / Front Desk Officer to serve as the initial point of contact for our valued clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HMO-related processes and ensuring efficient front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include welcoming clients, addressing inquiries, verifying HMO eligibility, registering patients, handling complaints, and upholding confidentiality.
Requirements: Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
Salary: N120,00 per month.
