Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Patient Liaison Officer to join our team at EURACARE. In this role, you will interface with hospital patients, ensuring their experience is smooth and enjoyable. You will provide necessary assistance to patients, addressing their needs promptly and compassionately.
Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting patient satisfaction survey feedback to help improve our hospital services.
