Job Description

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to manage patient intake, appointment scheduling, and communication between patients and clinical teams. The Coordinator will promote efficient workflows and a positive patient experience.

  • Book and confirm appointments, verify insurance, and coordinate referrals.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and update EMR systems.
  • Address patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and timely follow-up.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of healthcare administration experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with EMR systems, and a patient-centered attitude.
