Job Description
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) is inviting applications from qualified Nigerian nationals for the position of Pastry Cook at our headquarters in Ibadan.
Position: Pastry Cook
Contract: 3-year renewable contract
Location: Ibadan
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Pastry Chef in designing innovative menu options.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Organize work schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Evaluate the quality of ingredients and equipment.
- Artfully decorate pastries with a variety of icings and toppings.
Qualifications: Successful completion of O’ Level, Trade Test certificate in Hotel and Catering Management, along with a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience.
