Job Description
UNCLE T’S RESTAURANT seeks an experienced Pastry Chef to lead and manage the pastry department. The successful candidate will collaborate with the culinary team to produce a wide range of baked goods, ensuring attractive presentation and consistent quality.
- Prepare, decorate, and plate pastries and desserts to high standards.
- Monitor inventory; order ingredients, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Consult with customers on custom desserts for special occasions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Identify staffing needs, recruit, and train pastry personnel.
- Develop seasonal recipes and maintain awareness of current pastry trends.
Job Type: Full-time. Compensation: ₦100,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month.
