Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Pastry Chef to lead our bakery team, craft high-quality pastries, desserts, and plated desserts, and develop seasonal menus. The role requires overseeing production, maintaining consistent quality, managing inventory and cost control, enforcing sanitation and food-safety standards, and mentoring junior bakers.
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years of professional pastry experience, strong technical skills, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be able to work mornings and weekends. Culinary diploma and prior management experience preferred.
