Salary: ₦150,00 and Above per month
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Customer/Partner Onboarding Support: Assisting in seamless onboarding for Corporate Customers and Partners with compliance.
- Partner Account Profiling Support: Conducting in-depth analysis for strategic decision-making.
- CBS/Enterprise Portal Reporting: Generating actionable reports and insights from core systems.
- CBS/Enterprise Portal Issue Resolution: Addressing operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Fraud Account Investigation: Conducting investigations on potential fraudulent activities.
Requirements:
- First degree in relevant field, MBA and industry certifications are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Relationship Management, and strong Communication skills.
