Job Description
We seek a Paint Chemical Sales Manager to lead technical sales of coatings additives and raw materials. The successful candidate will manage and grow key accounts, develop territory plans, coach a small sales team, collaborate with R&D to create product solutions, prepare technical proposals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Requirements: 5+ years in coatings or specialty chemical sales; degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Skills: strong presentation, technical communication, and negotiation abilities; willingness to travel.
