Job Description

GText Holdings is seeking a responsible, results-driven Outlet Supervisor to manage daily operations at our Island outlet. The Supervisor will lead and coach staff, ensure outstanding customer service, monitor inventory, sales, and performance metrics, and enforce company standards and procedures.

• Requirements: management experience in retail, hospitality, or food service; strong leadership and people-management skills; ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Employment: full-time; compensation ₦200,00–₦220,00 per month. Benefits include career growth, leadership exposure, and complimentary lunch on working days.
