Job Description:
- Manage all aspects of the branch’s day-to-day operations including customer service, sales, and administration.
- Set and achieve sales targets, develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and manage branch staff, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Build relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to improve branch performance.
- Resolve customer complaints and collaborate with other departments for company-wide success.
