Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Outbound Customer Care Advisor to join our team at De-MED Logistics International Limited. The role involves proactively engaging with customers to meet their freight forwarding needs, resolve issues, and identify sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with customers through various channels
- Build strong customer relationships for satisfaction and loyalty
- Promptly resolve complaints and offer additional services
- Conduct surveys to enhance service quality
- Collaborate internally for a seamless customer experience
- Achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in logistics or freight forwarding
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
