Job Description
Mara Cruiz Organics is seeking a full-time Order Fulfillment Officer based in Surulere, Lagos. You will process orders from the website, WhatsApp, Instagram and walk-ins; confirm items, quantities, delivery addresses and payments; and update the order management system. Duties include inventory control and alerting production of low stock; picking, packing and labeling to company standards; arranging dispatch with riders or couriers; tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues; and notifying customers. Maintain fulfillment logs and report to the Operations Manager. Work closely with Sales, Production and Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
