Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Fulfilment Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders
• Prepare and package orders for shipment
• Coordinate with logistics team to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct periodic stock checks
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in order fulfilment or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
