We are seeking an enthusiastic Order Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee the complete operations of order processing, packaging, and delivery confirmation. This role involves managing inventory effectively, ensuring high success rates for payment-on-delivery shipments, and collaborating with our warehouse team for optimal product handling.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate inventory records, managing relationships with delivery partners, and implementing rigorous quality control processes. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree, possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, and have strong analytical skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
