Job Description
Swift Consulting seeks a reliable Order and Inventory Specialist to support an e-commerce client. Responsibilities include performing stock counts and reconciliations, monitoring inventory levels, processing and verifying online orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and dispatch, coordinating with logistics partners, updating order statuses, managing delays, and handling returns, replacements, and cancellations.
- HND/BSc required; e-commerce or inventory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/order management software
- Ability to multitask under pressure, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
