We are seeking an organized Optometric Administrative Assistant to support a busy eye care practice. Core duties include scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, insurance verification, processing payments and claims, maintaining electronic health records, and managing phone and patient communications with professionalism.

• High school diploma required; optical or medical office experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, basic billing knowledge, and experience with EHR or practice management software
