Job Description
The Eye Foundation Hospital is currently seeking a committed Optical Manager to supervise our store operations, ensuring both profitability and an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong sales performance and effectively manage customer interactions.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, preparing sales reports, assisting patients with frame selections, coordinating with laboratories, and handling general administrative tasks. A Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities or Social Sciences, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, is required. Proficiency in computer usage is essential, and prior experience in customer service is preferred.
