Job Description
Staffora Global is on the lookout for a results-driven Operations Supervisor with robust sales and marketing expertise to spearhead our decoration projects in Lagos. This full-time role entails overseeing operations, leading teams, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure the flawless execution of our Christmas decoration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Direct decoration projects, generate sales leads, maintain client relationships, coordinate with staff and vendors, oversee budgets, and prepare performance reports.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or sales/marketing, exceptional leadership qualities, outstanding communication skills, and adaptability during peak seasons are essential.
