Job Description
Fleximotion Limited seeks an Operations Supervisor in Lagos to manage daily rider activity and an EV bike fleet. You will ensure timely starts, enforce minimum trip targets, monitor batteries, maintenance and kits, resolve incidents and payment issues, liaise with authorities, and deliver performance reports. The role supports rider coaching, discipline, and coordination with partners.
- Qualifications: ND/HND/BSc and 2–3 years in logistics, delivery operations, or fleet supervision.
- Experience with Uber, Bolt, MAX, Gokada, or dispatch platforms is a plus.
- Required: strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic technical skills.
- Hours: early starts, late finishes, and possible weekends/holidays. Full-time, permanent position.
