ENEJ Supermarket, a leading retail establishment located in Lekki/Eleganza, Lagos, is currently seeking a qualified Operations Supervisor. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of N150,00 along with housing benefits.

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing sales representatives, cashiers, and support staff. Key duties include conducting performance evaluations, implementing strategies to minimize stock loss, managing customer interactions, and ensuring the store maintains a professional appearance.

Candidates should hold an HND or B.Sc Degree along with 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a retail environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
