Job Description

Budget: NGN100,00 – NGN120,00 Monthly

Job Summary:

Schoolable, a fin-tech that provides financial services in the educational sector is hiring field operations personnel to help oversee and manage all Little operations in the designated branch (School).

He/She will be responsible for developing strategies for improved efficiency and increased profit, providing customer guidance and support, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be working with the team to:

• Responsible for organizing and overseeing the day-to-day activities to ensure that everything is running smoothly
• Increase usage of products at the designated branch or office.
• Managing designated branch.
• Liaising with different departments to come up with improvement strategies for operations.
• Developing and implementing operations growth methods.
• Assisting customers with technical issues.
• Setting targets and business goals and working alongside the team to achieve these goals.
• Ensuring all processes are smooth and compliant with the company’s policies.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
• OND/HND/ BSC qualification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must reside around VI and Epe
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the relevant product area.
• Has a growth mindset and is a goal-getter.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦50,00.00 per month

Experience:
