Job Description
Emerald Zone Business Support Services is seeking a dedicated Operations Officer to manage day-to-day operational tasks in our banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and book loans; maintain accurate records.
- Update customer records and generate reports.
- Send payment reminders and address customer inquiries.
- Assist with operational support and branch coordination.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and prepare reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships.
Qualifications:
- OND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of banking processes and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with banking software and customer service.
