Job Description
Location: Lekki
Work Days: 6 days
Salary: ₦180,00.00 – ₦220,00.00 per month
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing daily salon operations
- Hiring and training beauticians, as needed
- Organizing employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
- Ordering beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenishing stock
- Ensuring all beauty treatments meet high-quality standards
- Maintaining staff records, including salaries and working schedules
- Keeping updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly, and quarterly)
The ideal candidate should have proven work experience as a Beauty Salon Manager or similar role and good knowledge of beauty treatments and products. Additionally, the candidate should have:
- Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to Commute: Lekki (Required)
- Ability to Relocate: Lekki – Relocate before starting work (Required)
