TrueBelle Nigeria Limited is a beauty company that specializes in the production of hair and other beauty-related products. We are currently hiring an Operations Manager to join our team. The position is based in Yaba, Lagos and is a full-time employment opportunity.
Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced individual with knowledge in managing day-to-day operations and human resources, preferably with experience in an e-commerce business or FMCG.
Basic Job Description:
- Responsible for managing the daily operations of the firm, driving the sales team, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering exceptional customer experience, and developing a great team.
Key Result Area:
- Ensuring and monitoring all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way.
- Overseeing office/production expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
- Working with the production manager to ensure timely ordering of raw materials to meet production timelines.
- Motivating, coaching, and supervising the team of customer support staff.
- Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Keeping track of inventory and providing accurate inventory reports with the production manager.
- Coordinating customer service operations.
Requirements:
